We charge a small processing fee of ₹49 for listing properties. This fee is 100% refundable if your property is successfully rented through our platform. Refund requests can be made directly via the "Refund" button on your dashboard after a successful booking.

4. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your contact details (Name, Phone) are only shared with interested and verified parties. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing agencies.

5. No Liability

Rent Mitra is not liable for disputes between tenants and owners, financial losses, or offline agreements made between users.
